Here's where I get to brag a little.

I have the privilege of working with one of the industries best Creative Teams, comprised of top notch industry professionals, each a specialist in their area of expertise.  From designers, to engineers, to sculptors, directors, writers, fabricators, special effects artists, material chemists and an Academy Award winner thrown in for good measure.  How does it work you ask?

Whether large and small, we customize the size and members of the Creative Team to fit the needs of the current project.  We organize and administrate the Creative Team so you don't have to.  All members work as independent contractors and are highly experienced in there craft.  Our members are proficient in setting up and getting right to work any where in the world.

Why hire an outside Creative team, instead of hiring more employees?

The advantages are simple; you get top quality people without having to pay the extra taxes, benefits and the other expensive overhead for additional employees.  When the project ends or business slows down you are not stuck with a surplus of employees without the workload to support them.  You also receive the advantage of getting the professional talent that you normally would not have access to.  The kind of talent that have the know how to identify and avoid costly mistakes and can adapt to any crisis or situation and overcome it.
